Connecting your trading account

Updated August 7, 2026

There are two ways to get your trades into Propfy: a live connection, or a statement import.

TopstepX — a live connection. You add your TopstepX credentials on the connect screen and Propfy syncs your accounts and fills for you. This is the fullest integration: balances and account parameters come from Topstep itself rather than being guessed from your P&L.

FTMO — a statement import. FTMO publishes no account API, so you export an MT4 or MT5 statement and upload it. The import screen preselects the right parser for you.

Tradovate — coming soon. Propfy is not an approved Tradovate vendor yet, so the card on the connect screen is deliberately inactive rather than a form that fails at the end. When approval lands it becomes a live connection.

CSV and statement import — available for any broker. If your platform can export a trade history, Propfy can almost certainly read it. Start at the import screen and pick your format.

If your broker is not on this list, import a CSV and open a ticket telling us which platform you use. That is how the connect list grows.
