This policy explains what information Propfy processes, why it is needed, and the choices available to you. Propfy is designed to turn your own trading activity into a private journal, risk view, and coaching workspace.

Information you provide

We process information you submit when creating and using an account.

Account details such as your name, email address, preferences, and support messages.
Trading-journal content such as trades, fills, strategies, notes, goals, rules, and account phases.
Broker-connection details required to sync supported accounts. Credentials are encrypted and are not displayed back in full.
Subscription and billing status. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Propfy.

Information collected when you use Propfy

We collect security, reliability, and product-usage information needed to operate the service. Optional website analytics runs only after you allow it through the consent banner.

Pages and product features used, session identifiers, referring page, browser diagnostics, and timestamps.
Broker synchronization, account-lifecycle, notification, and security events needed to keep the service reliable.
Trading performance information generated from your journal, including analytics and AI-assisted observations.

How information is used

We use information to provide and protect the service, including to:

Create your journal, synchronize supported accounts, calculate account-specific risk, and show performance analytics.
Generate coaching or other AI-assisted features you request from your own journal data.
Authenticate users, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and meet legal obligations.
Send service, security, billing, and support communications.
Understand product performance using privacy choices you have made.

Service providers and international processing

Propfy uses specialist providers for hosting, databases, authentication, payments, email, analytics, broker connectivity, monitoring, and AI infrastructure. They process information only to provide contracted services to Propfy and may operate in different countries.

We do not sell personal information. We do not send broker credentials, trading results, or form contents to marketing analytics tags.

Retention, export, and deletion

Information is retained while your account is active and as needed for security, billing, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. The Settings area provides a data export and an account-deletion flow. The deletion flow explains what will be erased, what must be retained, and the applicable grace period before you confirm it.

Some de-identified operational and accounting records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, financial records, or legal compliance.

Your choices

You can keep optional analytics off, update your profile, disconnect supported integrations, export your account data, and request account deletion. Depending on where you live, you may also have legal rights to access, correct, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information.
