Propfy is a trading journal and discipline tool. It should be usable by traders who navigate with a keyboard, read with a screen reader, magnify the screen, or need less motion on it. This page says where we stand honestly — including the parts we have not got right yet.
Our commitment
We treat accessibility as part of the product rather than a separate project. When we find a barrier, we fix it the way we fix any other bug: in the code, in the same release cycle, without waiting for someone to ask twice.
The standard we are working toward
We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We do not claim to meet that standard today.
Propfy has not been independently audited or certified for accessibility, and we will not say otherwise until it has been. If that changes, this page will say when it happened, who carried it out, and what they found.
Where we know we fall short
A statement is only useful if it is specific, so here is what we already know:
Propfy has not had a formal accessibility audit or a full screen-reader review. There are almost certainly barriers we have not found yet.
Trading data is often presented as charts, calendars and colour-coded scorecards. Those views carry meaning visually, and not all of them have an equivalent text or table version yet.
Parts of the experience come from third parties — broker connection flows and payment checkout — and we do not control their accessibility directly.
What we already do
Propfy respects your system’s “reduce motion” setting. When it is on, the animated backgrounds and transitions across the site and the app are switched off or toned down rather than played anyway.
If any part of Propfy gets in your way, tell us and we will treat it as a bug, not a feature request. If you have an account, the Support page inside the app reaches the same people.
It helps if you tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, what got in the way, and — if you can — the assistive technology, browser and device you were using. We will confirm we received your message and tell you what we can do about it.
