Who may use Propfy

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and permitted to use trading-related software where you live. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login secure.

What Propfy provides

Propfy is a trading journal, analytics, discipline, and educational software service. It is not a broker, prop firm, exchange, investment adviser, or execution venue. Propfy does not place trades or control whether an account is funded.

Trials, subscriptions, and billing

Any trial duration, seat limit, included features, and activation condition are shown on the pricing page when you start. A paid subscription renews according to the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices, taxes, and currency are presented before payment.

Cancelling stops future renewal but does not normally refund a completed billing period unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout. If paid checkout is unavailable, Propfy will not charge you.

Broker connections and third-party services

Broker, prop-firm, payment, messaging, and other third-party services have their own terms and availability. You authorize Propfy to access supported account data only as needed to provide features you request. A third party may change or discontinue an interface, which can interrupt synchronization.

Topstep, TopstepX, Tradovate, TradeZella, and other third-party names belong to their respective owners. Propfy is not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless explicitly stated.

AI-assisted features

AI-generated observations can be incomplete, inaccurate, or based on incomplete journal data. They are educational workflow assistance, not financial advice or instructions to enter, exit, or size a trade. You remain responsible for checking outputs and making every trading decision.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse Propfy. Prohibited activity includes:

• Attempting unauthorized access, bypassing plan limits, interfering with security, or probing another user’s data.
• Uploading malicious code, unlawful content, or data you do not have the right to process.
• Reselling, copying, scraping, reverse engineering, or overloading the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Using Propfy to violate broker, prop-firm, exchange, or applicable legal requirements.

Your content and Propfy intellectual property

You retain ownership of the trading data and content you submit. You grant Propfy the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display that content to you and to operate features you request.

Propfy software, branding, design, and original content remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Propfy available and accurate, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free calculations, broker uptime, or any trading outcome. Features may change as the product develops. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a new effective date.

Suspension, termination, and deletion

We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address non-payment. You may stop using Propfy and use the account-deletion process in Settings. Export data you want to keep before deletion becomes irreversible.

Risk and liability

Trading futures and leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propfy is not responsible for trading losses, lost funding opportunities, third-party outages, or decisions made from journal data, analytics, alerts, or AI output.

These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
