Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated 8 August 2026

This policy explains how Propfy subscriptions are billed, how to cancel, and when money is and is not returned. It forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to every subscription sold by Propfy, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Subscriptions are non-refundable

Payments for Propfy subscriptions are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This includes completed billing periods, partial periods after cancellation, and periods during which you did not use the service.

Propfy sells access to software, and that access begins immediately on payment. This is the same basis on which prop firms treat evaluation fees as non-refundable.

You can cancel at any time

You may cancel a subscription whenever you like, from the billing section of your account settings. There is no cancellation fee, no notice period, and no need to contact us first.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end your current period early: you keep full access until the period you have already paid for runs out, and you are not charged again after that.

What this means in practice

To be unambiguous about the outcomes:

  • Cancel mid-period and you keep access to the end of that period. No partial refund is issued for the remaining days.
  • Forgetting to cancel before a renewal does not by itself entitle you to a refund of the renewed period. You can cancel immediately after, and you will not be charged again.
  • Upgrading or downgrading a plan is handled as a change to future billing, not as a refund of what you have already paid.
  • If you delete your account, any active subscription is cancelled. Deleting does not refund periods already paid.

Billing errors and failed charges

This policy covers refunds for service you were correctly charged for. It does not apply to genuine billing errors. If you were charged twice for the same period, charged after cancelling, or charged an amount that does not match the price shown at checkout, contact us and we will investigate and correct it.

Email support@propfy.io with the date and amount of the charge. Raising a billing error with us directly is faster than a card dispute, and we would rather fix a mistake than argue about one.

Your statutory rights

Some countries give consumers cancellation or withdrawal rights that a policy like this one cannot override. Nothing here removes a right you hold under the law where you live. Where such a right applies, it takes precedence over the paragraphs above.

Questions

If anything here is unclear, ask before you buy rather than after. Email support@propfy.io and a person will answer. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, consistent with the Terms of Service.

Risk Disclosure

Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing one's financial security or lifestyle. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

Hypothetical Performance Disclosure

Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk of actual trading. For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all of which can adversely affect trading results.
