Each connected account carries a phase, and the phase is what tells Propfy which rules to hold it to.
The four phases on an account
Set per account in Settings, then Accounts:
Evaluation, working toward a funded account
Express, funded and earning payouts
Funded
Demo, practice trading
Change it any time from the account card, without removing and re-adding the account. Propfy sets it for you where the broker makes it clear, and you can correct it whenever it is wrong.
What the phase changes
The account's rule set. An account still in an evaluation carries a profit target; a post-evaluation account has already met one, so the target stops being shown and the daily loss limit and trailing drawdown carry on. The account card shows the profit target, daily loss limit and trailing drawdown Propfy is holding that account to, so you can check them against your firm's own published rules.
It also decides which accounts a number is built from, through the phase pills in the header.
Two pills, not four
The dashboard segments on two, Evaluation and Funded, because those are the two states that change what a number means. You are either still trying to pass, or you have passed.
Express and Funded accounts both sit under Funded. Evaluation and demo accounts both sit under Evaluation, because a demo account has not passed anything either.
There is no combined view, and that is deliberate. A figure that mixes evaluation and funded results is not a figure you can act on.
Reading the pills
The pills appear only when you have accounts in both buckets. With everything in one bucket there is nothing to switch between, so the control hides.
The selection travels in the address bar as a phase parameter, so a link you copy carries the same view when you open it again or send it to someone. An old link naming a specific phase such as Express still lands on the right pill.
A bucket keeps its pill even when every account in it has been archived, because those accounts still own real history. Their performance pages resolve normally; the live widgets, such as balance and drawdown, render empty because there is no live account to measure.
If a phase is wrong
Fix it on the account card. Nothing is recalculated destructively: your trades do not move, and the numbers rebuild from the corrected phase.
If an account passed and Propfy did not notice, the milestone card offers a correction. If an account's rule figures look wrong to you after a phase change, open a ticket with the account and what your firm publishes for it.
