Propfy rewards the process, not the P&L.
XP and levels. You earn XP for the things that keep accounts alive: journaling a trade, following your own rules, closing a session inside your limits. Enough XP moves you a level.
Badges. Milestones worth marking, awarded for discipline and consistency rather than for a big green day. A correct trade taken at a loss is still a correct trade.
Weekly challenges. A small, specific target for the week. They reset weekly, so a bad week is a bad week, not a ruined record.
Streaks. Consecutive days of doing the thing you said you would do.
None of this pays out, unlocks a discount, or changes your account with a prop firm. It is a scoreboard for behaviour, because behaviour is the variable you actually control.
