The file you need is the Trades export from TopstepX: one CSV per account, covering completed round-trip trades.
Export from TopstepX
Step 1. Log in at topstepx.com/trade.
Step 2. Select the account in the account selector. An export covers only that account, so repeat this once per account.
Step 3. In the bottom panel, open the Trades tab. Those are completed round-trips. Do not use the Orders tab, which has its own Export button and exports orders instead.
Step 4. No Trades tab? Add it with the add-component control on that panel.
Step 5. Click Export at the bottom right of the Trades tab.
Step 6. Choose the date range. Start a day early and end a day late so nothing is clipped at the edges.
Step 7. Click Export. The CSV lands in your Downloads folder.
Import into Propfy
Step 1. Open the Import page in Propfy and pick the TopstepX / ProjectX card.
Step 2. Choose which account these trades belong to. Optional, but one export is one account, so set it if you trade more than one.
Step 3. Drop the CSV on the upload box, or click to browse. Maximum 4MB and 10,000 rows.
Step 4. Read the preview. It splits the first rows the way the parser will, so shifted columns show up before you commit.
Step 5. Click Import trades. The result card reports what landed, what was already imported, and every skipped row with its reason.
Troubleshooting
Rows skipped for an unreadable trade direction: a Trades export carries Long or Short in its Type column. An Orders export carries Market or Limit there, which is an order type and not a direction, so every row is skipped. Re-export from the Trades tab.
No valid trades found: usually the wrong tab, or a file re-saved in a spreadsheet. Export again and upload it untouched.
Fewer trades than expected: an export covers one account and one date range. Widen the range, and export once per account.
Rows skipped as covered by live sync: that account is connected through TopstepX, so the live feed owns it and CSV rows for it are dropped rather than double-counted.
Columns Propfy reads
Id, ContractName, EnteredAt, ExitedAt, EntryPrice, ExitPrice, Size, Type, PnL, Fees, TradeDay. Commissions and TradeDuration appear on some exports and are ignored; the fee comes from the Fees column. Timestamps carry their UTC offset and Propfy converts them, so leave them alone. There is no account column, which is why one export is one account.
