The file you need is an Export Trades to CSV file from your TradeZella trade log, taken with All columns.
Export from TradeZella
Step 1. Log in and open Trades in the left menu, the trade log.
Step 2. Tick the checkbox on every trade you want to export. The header checkbox selects the current page only, so repeat it on every page your selection spans.
Step 3. Click Bulk Actions, above the table on the upper right.
Step 4. Choose Export Trades to CSV.
Step 5. In the popup, choose All columns.
Step 6. Click Download Trades. The file is named trades_ followed by a timestamp.
Import into Propfy
Step 1. Open the Import page in Propfy and pick any format card. Propfy recognises a TradeZella file from its header row and uses the TradeZella parser whatever card is selected, so the choice does not change the result.
Step 2. Drop the CSV on the upload box, or click to browse. Maximum 4MB and 10,000 rows.
Step 3. Read the preview, then click Import trades.
Troubleshooting
Fewer trades than you exported: the selection only covered the page you were on. Select every page, or export in batches and upload each file.
Rows skipped for an unrecognised instrument: the Symbol cell was empty or unreadable. This is the one format where Propfy reports instrument skips and direction skips as two separate counts.
Rows skipped for an unreadable trade direction: the Side cell was empty or held something other than long, buy, short or sell. Both skips usually mean columns were left out, so re-export with All columns.
Tab-separated exports are fine. Propfy decides comma or tab from the header row.
Keep the file. TradeZella does not re-import its own export.
Columns Propfy reads
Symbol or Instrument, Side, Quantity or Size, Entry Price or Avg Buy Price, Exit Price or Avg Sell Price, Open Date with Open Time, Close Date with Close Time, Net P&L with Gross P&L as the fallback, Fee or Commission, and Account Name. Account Name is what lets one file cover several accounts: each row is attributed to the matching connection, and rows without a match take the account picked in the import panel.
