Milestones and achievements: badges, XP and levels

Updated September 6, 2026

Coach, then Achievements. The scoreboard for the habits that keep an account alive, and one thing that is not a scoreboard at all.

What the page shows

Three tiles at the top: your total XP, your current streak with your best beside it, and how many badges you have earned out of how many exist.

Under those, your level and a bar showing how far you are into it. Levels are thresholds on total XP, so a level only moves when something actually pays XP.

Then your active challenges, each with a progress bar, its goal and the XP it pays.

Then the badge grid, filtered by four tabs: Milestones, Achievements, Streaks and Performance. Every badge is shown whether you have it or not. An unearned one is dimmed with a lock over it, so you can see what there is to aim at rather than being surprised by it later. An earned one shows the date you earned it.

The four categories

Milestones are volume and setup: your first trade, ten, fifty and a hundred trades, connecting a broker, importing a CSV, finishing onboarding. Trade-count milestones are lifetime and include the history you imported.

Achievements are one-off events, such as your first green day, your first coaching conversation, or coming back clean the day after a slip.

Streaks are consecutive-day work: runs of green days, and the clean-day ladder at three, five, ten, twenty and fifty days without breaking a rule.

Performance is your record over a window: win rate over thirty trades, and rule adherence at eighty, ninety and a hundred percent over the last thirty trading days. Adherence badges need at least eight judged days in the window, so a single clean week cannot hand you a hundred percent.

Behaviour badges only count what you did here

Trade-count milestones count everything, including imported history. Behaviour badges, such as green-day runs and win-rate badges, count only trades from your signup onwards. Importing two years of good months does not award you a streak you did not run on the platform.

Discipline badges are judged on process alone, never on trade count, size or profit.

XP

XP comes from exactly two things: earning a badge, and completing a challenge. There is no XP for opening the app and none for a green day by itself.

Each badge carries its own XP value, and the badge grid colours the chip by how much: the rarer the badge, the larger the number.

A badge is never taken away, and a badge already earned never pays twice.

Some badges cannot be earned yet

A few badges in the catalog have no way to be awarded at the moment. They are visible and locked like any other. If one of them is not moving, that is why, and it is not something you are doing wrong.

The evaluation-pass milestone is separate

When an account passes an evaluation, a milestone card appears. It is not part of this page and not part of XP: passing pays no points and earns no badge, on purpose. Points are for habits. Passing is the thing the habits were for.

The card comes in three forms.

Propfy is sure you passed, and it celebrates, with an honest line about how you got there drawn from your real rules and your recent adherence. A clean run is said so. A run with rules broken names the one you broke most.

Propfy thinks you probably passed and asks. This happens when an account drops off your broker's list near its profit target, which usually means a pass. Confirm and it is recorded.

The account closed without passing. That card is neutral, never celebratory, states your last known balance against the target, and offers a correction if Propfy has it wrong.

You can always correct it, both ways, at any time. If an account was marked closed and you actually passed, say so and it is fixed.

What the scoreboard is for

Points do not make you money. What they do is make the boring correct thing visible on a day it produced nothing: sitting out, stopping at your limit, taking the fourth trade and not the ninth. Anyone can screenshot a green day. Nobody can fake fifty days of not breaking a rule.

Risk Disclosure

Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing one's financial security or lifestyle. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

Hypothetical Performance Disclosure

Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk of actual trading. For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all of which can adversely affect trading results.
