Your data is yours, and both directions are self-service.
Export. From your account settings you can download a single file containing what you gave Propfy and what Propfy worked out about you. It is generated on demand from the live database, not from a stale copy.
What the export leaves out is stated inside the export itself. Some tables are deliberately excluded — API secrets, internal counters, other people's data — and the file lists each omission with a plain-English reason rather than pretending nothing is missing.
Deletion. You can request deletion of your account from the same settings screen. It runs on a thirty-day fuse: nothing is destroyed immediately, and you can cancel at any point during those thirty days. That delay exists on purpose, because deletion is the one action nobody can undo for you.
While a deletion is pending, Propfy stops sending you email and stops writing new background data about you.
If something in your export looks wrong or incomplete, open a ticket and we will check it by hand.
