Propfy knows what the balance should be from the fills it has. Flat reads only, so an open position never fakes a movement.

A debit with no trade behind it on a prop firm account is a payout. It is logged as confirmed, dated from that sync, and rings the bell.

Counted from your last payout, the way the firm counts.
